Louisiana Business Incubation Association will meet on Thursday, August 21 beginning at 10 a.m.

The meeting location has been changed from Lafayette to the Louisiana Emerging Technology Center, Louisiana State University campus, Building 340, East Parker Boulevard, Corner of East Parker and West Lakeshore, in Baton Rouge.

Also, attached are the Bylaws with proposed changes designed primarily to:

1. Remove the different classes of membership so that we will have
only one class of members, with each member organization entitled to one
vote.

2. Split the office of Secretary/Treasurer into two offices.

Areas to be changed are in red type, while the blue type indicates the proposed changes. The Bylaws will be on the agenda for the August 21 meeting.
